Run:

At the start / finish there will be a short run (no more than 3km) just to get the heart beating and the blood pumping. Walking is always an option, the choice is entirely yours.

Mountain Biking:

For the mountain biking, navigation between checkpoints is straight forward, with the course set so that you can make use of the many cycle tracks, footpaths and bridleways in the area. Most teams will cycle a minimum of 20km while the fast & furious can cover 40km.

Rafting:

Teams will be required to build their raft from the barrels and timbers provided and then race it around the short course. As well as being a head to head race this will also be a timed activity. The course will be between 200m and 400m depending on how far you want to go - this may not sound far but it is a long way when your raft is gradually falling apart!!

Low Ropes:

A series of low level obstacles which teams will complete against the clock. To be successful at this challenge requires excellent communication and team work.

Archery:

A challenge to test your hand eye coordination!!
